These terms apply to tickets purchased for usual.club events and to the use of this website.
A ticket admits the named holder once, on presentation of a valid QR code at the door. Tickets are non-transferable unless we say otherwise for a specific event. Entry is subject to venue rules, age restrictions where stated, and capacity.
Payments are processed by our ticketing partner and its payment gateway. The price and any fees are shown in full before you pay — the amount displayed is the amount charged.
We curate rooms, not crowds we have to manage. The venue and our staff may refuse entry or remove anyone endangering the event or its guests; no refund is owed in that case.
If an event is cancelled or materially changed (date, venue, headline format), ticket holders are notified and refunded per our refund policy.
