Tickets are non-refundable except in the cases below. No self-service cancellations.
If an event is cancelled, every ticket is refunded in full — ticket price plus any fees you paid — to the original payment method, initiated within 7 working days of the announcement.
If the date or venue changes, your ticket carries over automatically. If the new date doesn't work for you, request a full refund within 72 hours of the announcement.
Can't make it? Tickets cannot be resold or refunded for non-attendance. Genuine exceptional circumstances can be raised via the contact page — handled case by case, no promises.
